Import history

Every email the importer looked at: where it came from, when it was processed, and which bookings it produced. Something wrong? Report it and it lands in the review queue.

"Reprocess all" re-fetches every email below from its mailbox and reruns extraction on it — picks up pipeline fixes that need the original email, not just what a single "Retry" replays from what was already saved. Makes a fresh AI call per email; can take a while.
